In April 2019, O’Toole International Logistics opened a state of the art cross-docking / warehousing facility in Bellshill, Glasgow, Central Scotland.
The facility was selected for its excellent location with close proximity to all major motorway routes. It offers extensive office space, 20,000sq foot of temperature controlled cross-docking / storage space, 5 loading bays, parking for up to 30 vehicles and will be operational 24/7
A premium daily seafood groupage service will commence in May, linking all of the major fishing ports in Scotland with the Seafood Logistics hub in Boulogne Sur Mer in France. Connections will be made from Boulogne right across Europe.
All employees have been hand-picked as a result of their in-depth knowledge of the temperature-controlled food sector.
Services offered include, but are not limited to, daily full load and groupage transport throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. The smooth transportation/distribution of goods will be complemented by the current combined fleet of 150 vehicles, 200 refrigerated trailers, and 6 strategically located depots in Ireland, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
The new Bellshill depot will also allow for daily cross-docking operations and distribution of goods throughout Scotland.
Container devanning / loading will be facilitated giving complete flexibility for specific customer requirements.
