Primary point of contact for:
- All 3PL transport to and from the site
- All inbound load queries to chosen 3PL warehouse – adherence to slot times, rotation of trucks, condition of loads, seal application, paperwork, ASN / PO processes
- Any additional trailer / truck requirements
- Booking in slot times against production schedule / production plan with 3PL warehouse
- Cost trackers for reconciliation centrally prior to invoice
- KPI’s reporting and issues in 3PL performance
Expected to be involved with
- Site Logistics Group Lead and Team Lead in terms of adherence to despatch procedures – ASN’s, despatch paperwork and seal application
- Site Production Planning and Scheduling to receive and action new production plans and any changes to the same ongoing
- Site Material Call off for call off requirements from external stores on Raw Materials.
- The SC finance team to ensure accurate cost trackers provided and reconciled for RFT invoicing
- The IOI / UK Warehousing and Transport Controllers for operational issues and escalations, ongoing continuous improvement suggestions and role deviations / additions at site requests
Salary
€50,000 – €55,000 DOE.
